Our Mission
The Career Pathways Program provides opportunities for students to engage in professional development or training that will inform and prepare them for postāgraduation career opportunities or advanced academic pursuits.
This program is supported by a Department of Defense HBCU/MI Award (W911NF-23-1-0291; PI David Weld) and is a collaboration between the Center for Science and Engineering Partnerships (CSEP)and the Physics Department.

Career Pathway Program
The Career Pathways Program provides opportunities for STEM students to engage in professional development or training that will inform and prepare them for post-graduation career opportunities or advanced academic pursuits. The Career Pathways Program is currently pending funding. If we receive funding this year, we will consider applications for activities taking place between October 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Please check back in January 2026 for updates. During a open cycle, applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis and awarded on a rolling basis and as funding sources permit.

IPS Graduate Student Program
The Individualized Professional Skills (IPS) Program is accepting applications from current graduate students and postdocs in ALL DISCIPLINES for experience dates through June 30, 2025. Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis and as funding sources permit. Applicants may submit proposals for either virtual or in-person experiences.
